Our vehicles are Class II 15 ton lorries, similar in dimension to a furniture removal van, so if you have access restrictions to your property then please contact your supplier to discuss an alternative address and to clarify your post code for the delivery route.

The exception to our delivery policy is where some garden centres or dealers maintain stock levels of products to reduce costs and delivery lead times and in these instances the delivery will be arranged by them. This will also apply if your stockist has arranged to construct your product for you.

Our lead times are only for guidance so please check with your stockist as they can vary throughout the year. If for instance the lead time is 4 weeks we can deliver your greenhouse up to 4 weeks so it could be delivered in week 2. Please inform your stockist if you are unable to take delivery at any time, if, for example, you have base preparation still to complete or you are away on holiday. Our drivers are accustomed to delivering to unattended properties and will deposit wherever you require and post the paperwork through your letter box to enable you to check the items on your return. Ensuring your delivery requirements are clear at the time of order will result in a more accurate despatch of your goods.
